FlexPace is built around a simple rule: your training and health data is yours, and it stays on your device. This page explains exactly what the app reads, what it never does with it, and why.
Any workouts FlexPace records are saved to your own Apple Health store, which syncs via your personal iCloud account under Apple's own privacy protections — the same as any other workout app. We never have access to your Apple Health data outside of what your device shows the app locally, and you can revoke that access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
FlexPace offers an optional, one-time tip jar, processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Payment details are handled by Apple directly — FlexPace never sees or stores your payment information. We receive only the standard transaction confirmation Apple provides to any app for a completed purchase.
Settings → Reset All Data removes your plan, run history, and check-in history from the app at any time. Because nothing is stored anywhere but your own device, there is no separate "delete my account" process — uninstalling the app removes everything FlexPace itself stored.
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
